One terminal, brilliant rail link
Everything under a single roof makes connections logical, and the train station right below is superb.
Security screening can back up and the queues sometimes snake further than you'd like.
Schiphol's single-terminal design is a gift when you're rushing between flights, since you're never hunting for a shuttle. The rail link beneath the hall gets you into the city or beyond with almost no effort. My only complaint is the security wait, which tested me on a busy morning.
