Pros

Fast, calm, and remarkably clean, with cultural touches that make the wait pleasant.

Cons

Terminal 2 is a fair distance from Terminal 1 if you end up at the wrong one.

Incheon consistently ranks among the world's best and it's easy to see why. Everything ran like clockwork, from a quick security screen to a spotless lounge area, and there were nice cultural exhibits to pass the time. Just double-check your terminal, because the two are not close.
