What is an airport review?
An airport review is a traveller's first-hand rating of the airport experience — not the airline or the flight — covering cleanliness, security and immigration speed, staff, comfort and facilities, food and shopping, and ground transport.
Flight-Review.com collects independent airport reviews for 4,159 airports across 235 countries. Each airport is scored from 1 to 5 on six categories, and the overall score is the average of every published traveller rating.
Unlike airline reviews, airport ratings focus on the terminal experience: how long security takes, whether the signage makes sense, how clean the restrooms are, and how easy it is to reach the city. Reviews are moderated and reviewers confirm their email before publication.

Each airport's overall score is the average of all published traveller reviews, rated 1–5. Demo reviews are shown for context but are excluded from the star ratings shared with search engines.

Any traveller with a free account can review an airport they have visited. Reviews are moderated before they go live, and each reviewer confirms their email address.
