Busy, buzzing, a bit chaotic

Pros

Central location close to the city and plenty of cheap, authentic food to fuel your travels.

Cons

Terminal 1 gets overcrowded and finding a comfortable seat can be a battle.

Mexico City's airport throws you straight into the country's lively energy the moment you land. It's close to the center, which is great, and there's tasty, affordable food if you look around. The downside is the crush inside Terminal 1, where the crowds and shortage of seating wore me out.
